  I hate going to the Doctors. Walked in - booked myself in on the automated system, was greeted politely by the receptionist, sat down. Fidgeted nervously. Shuffled around on my seat nervously and then got a buzz to say I was next. Considered running but too many people where watching. Went in to my appointment - Early - and a young lady called Amanda sat me down and i was out in minutes. Amanda was amazing very polite - very professional, and made me feel at ease.... all that for a poxy glucose test, which had me fretting all weekend, but wow she really made it easy.
  
  I just felt it would be good to share a positive. felt cared about and looked after - thank you Stokewood.
